To conduct the Annual Meeting, a quorum of ten percent (10%) of members must be present in person or by proxy. You can fill out your proxy online via the community website: https://www.tarrantoakridgehoa.com, or by emailing the enclosed proxy to the community manager at Lindsay@legacysouthwestpm.com, or mail it to 5600 Tennyson Pkwy., Suite 270, Plano, TX 75024. Your proxy must be received by Legacy Southwest Property Management no later than December 8, 2025, at noon.

By filling out and returning your Proxy, it will help meet the quorum requirement for the meeting. If a quorum is not reached in person or by Proxy, the meeting will be rescheduled to a later date.
