Friendly HOA Dues Reminder

This is just a friendly reminder that your annual HOA assessment is due on or before January 31st. Homeowners who have a balance due on February 1st will be charged a late fee of $25 and a collection cost of $15. If you have already paid please disregard this reminder.

If you are unable to pay, at this time, please submit a payment plan request (which can be found on your website), so it can be approved prior to January 31st. The preferred duration for payment plans is 90 days, however, an extended time may be approved, depending on your individual circumstances.
